Becky-Ann Camp – The Visionary Behind Align & Define Training Becky-Ann Camp is not just a ballet teacher — she’s a force in the world of dance education, known for her passion, precision, and a lifetime dedicated to transforming dancers of all ages. With decades of professional experience both on stage and in the studio, Becky-Ann has become one of the most trusted and inspiring figures in the performing arts. From earning a prestigious scholarship to the Urdang Academy at just ten years old, to training at the world-renowned Laine Theatre Arts, Becky-Ann’s journey through dance has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her dynamic performing career saw her captivate audiences across the globe — from starring roles in UK pantomimes to serving as Dance Captain on international cruise ships. But it is in teaching that Becky-Ann’s legacy truly shines. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has nurtured dancers at every stage — from tiny first steps in the studio to seasoned performers preparing for the world’s biggest stages. Her leadership as Principal and Ballet Teacher at Italia Conti Plymouth sparked extraordinary growth, doubling the school’s size and transforming its ballet offering. Becky-Ann’s influence extends far beyond her local studio. For over 18 years, she has been a valued faculty member of the RAD International Summer School, teaching both in the UK and internationally. She also works with the prestigious Ballet Boost Associates, teaching aspiring dancers across the UK as part of their nationally acclaimed associate programme. Becky-Ann joined Birmingham Royal Ballet as a Rehearsal Assistant for their ground-breaking Dreams Project, bringing classical repertoire to life for children on professional stages throughout the country and working with them on community projects. Align & Define Training is the result of Becky-Ann’s vast experience, visionary thinking, and unwavering commitment to excellence. This groundbreaking programme brings together years of proven training methods, professional insights, and a deep understanding of how dancers grow — physically, technically, and emotionally.
