Staying consistent with your training during the summer holidays doesn’t have to mean overloading your body or trying to do everything at once! At Align & Define Training, we’ve designed our on-demand library and live classes to help you build strength, flexibility, and technique in a way that suits your pace, your level, and your goals.

🧠 Start Smart – Don’t Jump In Cold

It can be tempting to scroll through our class library and click on the toughest-looking workout straight away (especially those advanced Barbell Ballerina or Core Burn sessions!). But remember — progress happens when your body is properly prepared. Always start with a warm-up and ease yourself into your sessions. The goal is to build up your stamina and strength week by week — not to burn out on day one.

💪 Challenge Your Muscles — Then Rest Them

When you’re training at home, especially with unlimited access, it can be easy to overtrain. Yes, we want you to feel the burn — but we also want you to enjoy your summer injury-free! Your muscles need time to recover to grow stronger. Mix intense classes with mobility or stretch-focused days. And don’t forget, rest is part of training.

Our library is constantly expanding, with new classes being added every week and fresh courses dropping every month. Whether you’re into flexibility, ballet technique, core conditioning, or full-body strength — there’s always something new to keep you motivated. You can even plan themed weeks or try something totally different, just for fun. Training should never feel like a chore!
