Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details if applicable.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): £3.95

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £7.95

 

Carriers Used:
We primarily use Royal Mail for UK deliveries, depending on the size and destination of the order.

 

2. International Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped internationally.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard International (7–14 business days) 

  • Expedited International (3–7 business days)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery speed

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Align and Define Training is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
